Stretches For Low Back Pain



Many clients come to me with low back pain.  Sometimes it is an isolated instance and often, it is something they struggle with either periodically or more consistently.  Massage is often a wonderful source of relief, but I always say that what a client does in between massage sessions is far more important and can really maximize the results they get.  

I wanted to share a couple of videos that I found from the folks at Critical Bench regarding a stretch commonly suggested for low back pain which should be avoided and another one which is effective.
